We developed a complete brand foundations and visual identity system for a Portland metro real estate agent, giving her a distinctive identity that could carry across every client touchpoint, from her website to her social media presence. The project started with the strategic groundwork, defining mission, vision, and brand promise statements alongside a clear-eyed look at her ideal client's psychographics and pain points, ensuring the brand's tone of voice and visual choices were rooted in real client needs rather than guesswork.
The visual identity centered on a custom tiger emblem, a striking, third-eye detail giving it a sense of intuition and watchfulness, paired with celestial accents like moons and stars. We built out a full brandmark system, including a primary logo, secondary logo, and submark, each tested across a confident color palette of jet black, pine blue, almond cream, copper, and rusty spice, so the identity stayed flexible across print, web, and social applications. The supporting illustration set carried the same earthy-meets-mystical sensibility, mixing everyday objects like houses and chairs with celestial symbols to keep the brand feeling both grounded and a little magical.
That system extended into a full set of brand applications, including a styled website and email newsletter template, a library of circular highlight cover icons, and a set of social media graphic templates for announcements and listings. Throughout, the guide paired the brand's core values, real talk, fierce advocacy, and steady support, with a visual language confident enough to stand out in a crowded real estate market while staying warm and human at its core.
