Here Are 30 Blogs I’d Write ASAP — If I Were a Realtor
You know you should be writing blogs, ESPECIALLY if you have a website you want to drive traffic to. Maybe you even HAVE to write blogs because someone on your team or your agency recommends it (low-key because they know it massively boosts SEO 👀). Either way, whenever the task arises, you get stuck in the same place:
“What do I write about?”
You want to appear approachable, position yourself as an expert, and sound knowledgeable, but you’re so immersed in the day-to-day that you don’t have the capacity to ideate blog topics! So you settle for something easy or familiar — just to check the box.
What if I told you that…that’s doing you no favors. 😬
It’s true, and here’s why.
One major purpose for writing blogs is SEO. You may have heard the term — Search Engine Optimization. In short, we write blogs so that they rank on Google (or other search engines). When someone searches for something, your blog should show up as a helpful answer.
Which means you should write blogs that match the questions your ideal clients or customers are asking!
That also means you can remove YOURSELF from the equation. It’s not always about what you want to write, or what you feel like writing, but what you can write to genuinely answer your audience’s queries.
From there, you get to be approachable, position yourself as an expert, and sound as knowledgeable as you please — all of which are important.
There’s always more I could say, but I want to give you some spot-on ideas for what I would write (…and DO write) TODAY if I were running a business like yours. Hopefully, this eases the trouble of ideating so you’re free to CONNECT!
Enjoy!
