We developed a full visual brand identity for a real estate broker, anchored by a simple, distinctive arched doorway mark that became the foundation for everything else in the system. The goal was a logo flexible enough to work across signage, digital platforms, and marketing materials while staying memorable and easy to recognize at a glance.

We built the primary logo around the arched door icon, layering soft shapes in coral, blush pink, and green inside a navy outline to suggest an open, welcoming entryway, paired with a custom-altered display typeface for the wordmark, giving the brand a distinct, one-of-a-kind letterform rather than an off-the-shelf font. The supporting color palette of deep teal, sage green, terracotta, blush pink, and cream gave the brand warmth without feeling overly soft, and we developed alternate logo lockups and a stacked submark to ensure the mark held up at small sizes or in tighter layouts.

As part of the project, we also created a dedicated Pride variation of the logo, layering a rainbow silhouette behind the same door shape so the seasonal mark stayed unmistakably tied to the core brand rather than feeling like a separate, disconnected design. We explored several colorways for this version, including a full-color wordmark, an all-cream lockup over a rainbow-striped background, and a softer blush monochrome option, giving the client flexibility for how prominently to feature the Pride elements depending on the platform. Across every variation, the consistent door icon kept the brand instantly recognizable, whether in its everyday form or its celebratory one.
