By purchasing a Content Happy Hour, you agree to the following:

Your Session

Your Content Happy Hour includes the services and deliverables described on the booking page at the time of purchase.

Once your in-person Content Happy Hour session has been completed, the service is considered rendered and non-refundable.

Because content creation is subjective, dissatisfaction with specific footage, personal appearance, creative preferences, or the final content captured does not entitle the purchaser to a refund after the session has taken place.

If there is an issue with the session or footage, please reach out to our team. We are always happy to discuss possible next steps, but reshoots or additional sessions are not automatically included or guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Video Editing

Video editing is a separate service unless specifically included in your purchase.

If you purchase a video editing package, we cannot begin work until we have received:

  • Your completed editing intake form / project brief

  • All footage required for the videos

  • Any requested brand details, references, or supporting materials

Your project timeline begins once all required materials have been received.

Failure or delay in submitting the intake form, footage, or other requested materials does not make the video editing package refundable.

Editing Revisions

Video editing packages include one round of revisions.

Please combine feedback into one clear round wherever possible so our team can make the requested changes efficiently.

Any additional revisions or work outside the purchased package may require an additional fee or separate approval.
